Mobile industrial cleaning lasers of the new generation

TRON Laser is a mobile industrial cleaning machine of the new generation, developed and constructed in the Czech Republic. It is equipped with a special fiber resonator delivered from the company IPG Photonics GmbH which enables cleaning without damage to material structure.

TRON Laser is suitable for cleaning of various materials, of typical metals (removing corrosion, grease, paint layers etc.)

Scanning head of the machine is suitable for both manual and robotic applications, it can be integrated into industrial lines. Flexible optical fiber for laser beam guiding enables a truly mobile work and cleaning of hard-to reach places. Laser requires standard power supply therefore it can be used virtually anyhere in the field. In principle, the machine is constructed from a mobile cart with a storage space for the laser head. It can be easily moved anywhere you need it.

Laser is controlled via industrial PLC which enables basic task storage and their recall. Optimal energy distribution of the beam on the surface is operated by our own software, optimised during many functional applications.
