Laser performance measuring
Laser performance measuring is a very important part of the entire laser diagnostics.
Laser performance measuring is the simplest way how to comprehend your laser although this is certainly not the end of the story. The only way how to get the complex idea of the laser is to measure its performance and also its profile.
Measuring tools for laser performance/energy for lending:
- For measuring of pulse energy and low performances up to 10 W (1 mJ – 2 J, 300 Hz) (direct PC connection via USB port)
- For measuring of low performances up to 30 W (direct PC connection via USB port)
- For measuring of medium-high performances up to 300 W (direct PC connection via USB port)
- For measuring of high performances up to 5000 W (connection to Fieldmaster performance gauge)
✔ Diagnostics Measuring can show if there is a problem in laser itself or in the optical path (evt. in optical path adjustment of the laser). | ✔ Stability Laser performance measuring will also show if the laser performance is stable or not. | ✔ Lifetime measuring Regular performance measuring of older CO2 lasers will help to estimate the remaining lifetime before the laser needs to be refurbished. |
